The just giving page of a facebook group trying to replicate the success of a similar campaign last Christmas and raise money to help the people of Haiti as well as victims of other disasters by funding the British Red Cross

Simon Cowell has created a version of REM's Everybody Hurts and is releasing it to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. A very worthy cause but why was it necessary to murder a perfectly good song in order to raise money.

So, following the success of a similar campaign at Christmas that raised thousands of pounds for shelter I am launching this campaign to get the proper version of everybody hurts to chart higher than the noise that is the charity version.

However so the charity doesn't lose out, I'm setting up a just giving page to donate to the British Red Cross who provide aid during any natural disaster
