I have decided to challenge myself and run at least 500km this year and do this for charity.  On Sunday I will be running my first 'official' 10km, this run along with the other bit of running I have done this year will go towards my 500km target for the year. Thus I am asking for donations for either the 10k or the much steeper 500k challenge....I have set up a site where you can find out more about my running and track my progress here-> http://www.neillock.co.uk.  As i'm sure you are all aware I'm not a natural runner, and never have been, I was always the first in the queue with my excuse for not running cross country at school so this is definitely a challenge for me!
