UKTCF IS A CONDUIT FOR A VERY LOCALISED FOUNDATION IN NORTHERN THAILAND ENSURING CHILDREN INFECTED AND AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS GET THE SUPPORT THEY NEED IN ORDER TO LIVE AS NORMAL A LIFE AS POSSIBLE - SURELY A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT.
